All players are provided with eye protection and a staff member is with the players in the Arena at all times.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is nerf tag? How does it work?
A: Nerf tag is a team game similar to paintball or archery tag, but suitable for younger players. We accept ages 7 and up for private parties, and split into teams (usually red and blue, but sometimes more than 2 depending on your group size). Games can be scored so you know who wins at the end!
Q: Are you closed due to COVID? When will you re-open? What precautions are you taking to keep players and staff safe?
A: We stopped operations second week of March 2020 out of an abundance of caution and in line with what our partner locations were doing. We are pleased to announce that we are accepting private bookings again from June 15, 2020 onwards. Please see our blog post at the bottom of our webpage for our COVID precautions
Q: How can I book? Do I need a group?
A: You can play either privately with your own group, or if you are an individual or small group, you can come to one of our drop in games. Booking info and pricing is available above in the PRICING section. If we are running a drop in, it will be posted below in the EVENTS section. Some partner locations contract us to run their in-house events, such as the "NERF NIGHT OUT" evenings at Kidtropolis. See our blog below for a NNO flyer from Kidtropolis
Q: Is there a waiver? What is the minimum age?
A: Yes, each player must sign a waiver prior to playing any of our partner locations. Please be sure sure to download the correct one from the DOWNLOADS section below. Any player under age 19 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver prior to play. Minimum age is 7, with all members of the party required to be between 7 and 10. Ages 8 and up may have any age group in the party
Q: I've played paintball - sometimes paintballs hurt or left marks. Does nerf tag hurt?
A: No, we have specifically chosen these blasters because of the projectile they shoot. It is a stiff foam ball that you feel the impact of but doesn't hurt
Q: How are reloads done? Do they cost extra?
A: All your ammo is included with your entry fee. You reload your blaster in the Arena at any time
Q: Is this indoors? What should I wear?
A: All Arena partner locations are in a heated indoor environment, so weather does not affect us. Most of our customers wear street clothes and running shoes, although knee or elbow pads are a bonus
Q: How do I get there?
A: Please confirm which partner location your game is at with your group organizer, as they will have instructions to the venue. Most games occur at our location inside Kidtropolis located at unit 110 - 5940 No. 2 Road, Richmond BC. Nearest cross street is Westminster Highway
Q: Do you have food and drink available?
A: Sometimes. Our partner location at Kidtropolis has catering on site, and can provide food / drinks in their concession area - please see their website for pricing and availability. As of October 2020, you may bring your own food and drink into Kidtropolis, but must provide your own place settings and cleanup. No nut based products, please
Q: Are you open all the time? Can I spectate?
A: We are open whenever we have private groups or a drop-in game booked. Spectators are normally welcome, but please call ahead to ensure the Arena is operating and at what location before coming to see us. COVID-19 restrictions may prevent spectators at certain times
